This week we are working on colors and how to spell the color words. Today we did red, yellow, and green. Ask your students to sing you the rhymes and songs to help them remember how to spell the words (: Red Song:
"R-E-D spells red, R-E-D spells red, high ho the cherry O, R-E-D spells red" Today we read The Kissing Hand by Audrey Penn and compared our first day feelings to Chester the Raccoon. After making connections with the book the students made their own Chester the raccoon characters.
