What a great first week! It was so nice getting to know the students this week and they are already working so hard. I am loving seeing their smiling faces every day!! I have attached next weeks lesson plans. You will notice that there are no live lessons for math and reading because I will be assessing students one on one at these times. If your student is not receiving an assessment at that time they are completing their assignments that will be found on seesaw. At the time of your child’s assessment have them join the call on your teams calendar called “Mrs. Adler will assess students one on one at their designated time” and this is where I will be conducting the assessment. (I find that it is easier to access all live calls from the teams calendar as opposed to the wall, especially since live sessions are looking a little different next week) The one on one assessments are just for me to find out what the students know and what skills they need to focus on (so please no whispering answers in the background from parents haha!!) Do not join the call if it is not your designated time please. Now a little bit about seesaw! You all have successfully uploaded work onto seesaw yayyyy!!! So impressive. For my class you only need to post work on the “Mrs. Adler’s Kindergarten Class” general section of seesaw, there is no need to post math in the math section of seesaw and reading in the reading section, etc. This is a feature more designed for the older grades and it is easier for Mrs. Brannon and myself to see all the students work all in one place. All my independent assignments will also be posted in that general section. However, you will be finding the pre-recorded lessons and independent work from special area teachers on Seesaw in that specials folder. Please click on the student's name to see the drop-down menu and find their corresponding special (PE, Art, Music). Have a fantastic weekend!!!!!
